**Requirements**:

- Ability to install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and equipment.
- Ensure the security of our IT systems by implementing and maintaining antivirus software, firewalls, and other security measures.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support and administration.
