**What you will enjoy doing**
- As a Graduate, you collaborate with the team to drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and innovation
- Drive projects with a keen emphasis on results delivery, high business acumen and financial modeling skills
- Work with diverse teams and external stakeholders to manage the delivery of efficient and effective business objectives
- You develop strong leadership skills to drive change and influence others towards a shared vision of success
- Display excellent cross-cultural communication, decision-making, negotiation, and collaboration skills, ensure compliance with ethical business requirements, quality control, and legislation
- Furthermore, you will have a Senior Business Leader as a mentor to guide and help you release your full potential

**What makes you great**
- A Master’s degree from an accredited university in the field of Engineering; Natural Sciences; Accounting, Economics; Business Management or similar field with a strong academic performance could be achieved by you
- Work experience is not a prerequisite however, one to two years is advantageous
- You have excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for learning and a desire to grow
