1. Job Purpose
2. Key Objectives
HR admin & support
- Upload documents to staff files and to the SAGE system and shredding documents that have been captured.
- Accountable for ensuring that staff files are regularly updated and all employee input is capture on the system.
- Accountable for supporting the IOP Interns & the HRBP with any adhoc tasks given and execute accordingly.
- Responsible for engaging and following up with front-line supervisors and team leaders on outstanding requested HR items from the IOP Intern and HRBP.
- Responsible for assisting the IOP Interns & the HRBP in executing all HR & business projects and initiatives
- Regularly update IR & Recruitment reports and save all relevant employee documents on the share drive.
- Accountable for capturing all internal training and saving on employee file, share drive and upload on Sage
- Responsible for loading HR PR’s and submitting these to the Finance department; and communicating all business communication on all HR platforms
- Responsible for submitting payroll input received from the business to payroll and providing employees and managers with feedback when required
PRP Clocking System
- Responsible for arranging access cards with facilities for new employees; and collecting cards for terminated employees and deactivating their access on the PRP system.
- Responsible for loading and removing employees on the clocking system and updating the clocking sheet accordingly.
- Accountable for pulling a weekly & monthly time & attendance report and sending the consolidated report to the relevant HR personnel to engage with the relevant areas.
- Responsible for evaluating consolidated report and identify employees who are not regularly clocking in and inform the relevant HR personnel to escalate to relevant manager
Employee queries
- Responsible for assisting employees with their queries, concerns and resolve accordingly, if not resolved, to escalate the matter to the IOP Intern and if still unresolved to the HRBP
- Responsible for assisting employees with basic queries by noting down their query and sending it to the relevant HR person.
- Accountable for providing feedback to employee & manager, if required.
- Responsible for reporting on employee queries on a weekly and monthly basis and recommend possible interventions where possible

Matric or equivalent - essential
Diploma in HR - desirable
