**Purpose of the Job**

**Maintenance Superintendent**. Plan, coordinate and execute engineering projects and general maintenance on machines and equipment.

**Key Performance Areas**

**SHE**
- Housekeeping of allocated areas to be of OHASA 18000 Standard.
- Comply with the OHSA and any legal appointment under this Act.
- Ensure compliance to the National Environmental Management Act.

**Productivity**
- Plant availability to be at a minimum of 85%.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimise disruptions to production.
- Projects to be completed on time and within budget.
- Support production to achieve production targets.

**People Management**
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with BCEA as well as LRA as a minimum standard.

**Relationships**
- Maintain a professional working relationship with all departments.
- Co-operate with other team members to ensure that company goals are achieved.
