About the Position:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions on Cisco Cybersecurity, including but not limited to Cisco CyberOps certification content.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students of varying skill levels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cybersecurity and incorporate them into training materials.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Prepare and maintain training documentation, materials, and resources.
- Support students in their preparation for Cisco CyberOps certification exams.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve training programs.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students pursuing a career in cybersecurity.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- **Minimum**: Cisco CyberOps Certification or ComptiA Security+
- Proven experience in the field of cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of current cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
- Previous experience as a facilitator/trainer in a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and students effectively.
- Passionate about teaching and helping others succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Additional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
- Experience with online training platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with hands-on lab environments and simulation tools for cybersecurity training.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.

Pay: R25 000,00 per month
