Key Performance Areas:
Lead EHS strategy development and execution
Establish EHS policies, procedures, SOPS, systems, standards, KPIs and routines
Embed a safety culture and awareness
Educate stakeholders on EHS agenda
Influence EHS performance across the business
Implement programmes as necessary to influence adoption of safety practices and influence change
Ensure business compliance with legislation, regulations, industry standards and company rules
Team leadership
Budgeting and financial management
Risk management
Stakeholder engagement
Review performance to ensure progress, and take corrective actions as necessary
Management reporting

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Tertiary qualification in relevant field (safety, environment, engineering) or equivalent
Competency requirements as per OHSACT
Minimum 8 years of experience in EHS
At least 2 years management experience
Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing or heavy industry
Glass manufacturing experience an advantage
