As a Queue Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Logging Quick Transactions
- Logging the customer onto the system
- Directing the customer in the store
- Customer Queries
**What are we looking for?**
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Grade 12
- 1-2 years’ experience in Retail Sales Environment, preferably within the Telecommunications Industry
- Sales acumen
- Marketing principle knowledge
- Communication skills (verbal & written)
- Computer literacy - MS office suite
