**Bookkeeper - Alberton**

**Must have / Sage Oracle experience.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the company's financial records and transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
- Process payroll and ensure all taxes are paid on time.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports.
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct regular audits of financial processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to financial inquiries and provide support to management as needed.
- Processing of VAT returns and e-filing

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not a must in accounting or related field preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
