We are an organization that provides therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental delay as well as other disabilities. Our tutors work one on one using adapted teaching methods.

Thus, this not an au pair job and you will play a main role in ensuring our kiddies have a future. Therapy is intensive, needing prior planning of each session and giving it your ALL. It is a lot of work, but if you have the heart and passion to change children’s future, this is the job for you.

Extensive training will be provided, and constant support will be available to you to ensure our tutors are highly skilled.

Morning and Afternoon positions available in the Southern Suburbs & Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Hours differ depending on the family you will be placed with.

As mentioned, therapy is extensive, play-based and data driven. Therefore you have to be energetic and able to play alongside the kiddies as well as be able to back up your sessions with data.

Materials will be provided by the families and training will be provided by REACH.

English fluency preferably first language

Matric / interest studies in education or psychology will be an advantage but not essential

Passionate about children and their future

Compassionate and patient

Commitment to the family for at least one year.

Pay: From R100,00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 36 per week
