**_ We are lookinf for a Warranty / Costing Clerk with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience at Dealership level._**

**_ Industry: Motor Industry_**

**_Position: Warranty / Costing Clerk_**

**_Location: Edenvale (East Rand residing) - Gauteng_**

**_Salary: R13-15,000 + Allowances_**

**_Closing: 15 September 2023_**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience at Dealership level
- Must Have: experience on IAL, Evolve and CMS

**Job Requirements**:
Warranty Duties:

- Checking and authoring job cards.
- Quotations
- Closing job cards (PDI, internal and warranty).
- Process all warranty claims
- Close repair orders (warranty, PDI and internal) daily.
- Refund customers via work order or check as applicable.
- Provide a daily report to the Service Manager regarding claims status.

Costing Duties:

- Effective processing of all workshop costing and invoicing documentation.
- Ensure all customer details are accurately captured on pre-orders and CRM system.
- Obtain the correct parts, labour and sub-contractor prices.
- Ensure all work carried out is invoiced to an active account.
- Updating & costing of job cards.
- Keep track of open job cards on the Work In Progress report.
