Argility Technology Group is looking for a Finance Partner (Fixed-Term Contract) who will play will be crucial in ensuring that the strategic decision-makers within ATG have a clear rolling forecast from a financial perspective.

This position requires a deep understanding of the commercial aspects of the business and a proactive approach to supporting business decisions. Additionally, the Finance Partner will be responsible for ensuring that all monthly reporting deadlines are met and communicated effectively to the relevant stakeholders.

**Responsibilities include**
- Managing monthly forecasting processes and forecast reporting
- Report and submit monthly forecasts and commentary to the relevant stakeholders
- Prepare monthly management accounts for Manco and Exco
- Collaborate with Smollan Technology, eComm and Data group finance team
- Assistance with month-end actuals processing and reporting
- Review, investigate, and report on the monthly profit/loss and reconciling against budgets and forecasts.
- Maintaining all ATG business unit budget and forecasting supporting schedules
- Assistance with working capital management and cash flow reporting
- Liaising with the finance teams to provide accurate and timely feedback to the relevant stakeholders
- Review of balance sheet reconciliations
- Review of VAT reconciliations
- Full coordination of the year-end audit and annual financial statements and group reporting sign-off
- Carrying out of other ad-hoc requests as required

**Your qualifications and experience include**
- Post-graduate diploma/Honors in BCom, BBusSci or Accounting or any finance related degree is essential.
- A professional qualification - CA(SA)/CIMA/ACCA is preferable
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a financial or auditing role

**Knowledge**
- Good understanding of IFRS
- Good understanding of financial group reporting
- Proficient in company taxation-related matters
- Financial acumen
- Commercial acumen

**Skills**
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Proficiency in BI toolsets and building reports
