An advanced agricultural services business specializing in various precision farming solutions and plant nutrition products is seeking employ an Admin Assistant on a permanent basis. The Admin Assistant will assist with all / any administrative processes and will work from the company’s Wellington offices.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Allocation of purchase orders and updates on an ongoing basis
- Invoicing of relevant services
- Data entry, processing, and other duties assigned
- Accurately maintaining records
- Provide support to the Precision Admin Coordinator daily as required
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Perform regular inventory reconciliations

**Minimum Requirements**
- National Senior Certificate, Diploma in Administration, or any other relevant tertiary education
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Experience with inventory reconciliations would be advantageous
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Salary**: Dependent on skills and experience
