Essential: Matric with mathematics, 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the IT Distribution industry, and thorough knowledge of Seagate products, vendor structure, and OEM operations is required. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and enhance an in-depth understanding of the Seagate brand, continuously keeping up with its evolution.
- Conduct internal and branch-specific product training.
- Generate and deliver reports and target tracking information as needed.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders within Pinnacle and its subsidiaries.
- Align product strategies with Pinnacle's overarching objectives.
- Provide comprehensive product support, including PDF Spec Sheets, Web Info, Sales Support, and Customer Support for Systems Integrators.
- Determine optimal product pricing and positioning.
- Update and maintain web page product information.
- Ensure product profitability by assisting sales staff with quotations and providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Manage the Seagate pricelist.
- Stay abreast of storage device market trends, developments, and technology roadmaps.
- Facilitate training sessions for internal customers and partners.
- Assist in logístical operations, including product codes, pricelists, and costings.
- Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings and aid in resolving stock-related issues.
- Efficiently manage vendor relationships, compliance, and strategies.
- Achieve performance targets set by vendors.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels, including active and aging stock.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for effective vendor recalls.
- Oversee sales and purchase orders through the ERP system for local and international suppliers.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, managing rebates, incentives, and promotional materials.
- Maintain customer relationships to align stock forecasting with their needs.

**Requirements**:

- Essential: Matric with mathematics.
- Preferred: Sales and Marketing tertiary qualification or relevant diploma.
- Vaccination Certificate Required.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the IT Distribution industry.
- Thorough knowledge of Seagate products, vendor structure, and OEM operations.
- Ability to bridge internal brand teams with the sales department effectively.
- Proficiency in generating and utilizing reports, especially in MS Excel.
- Own transport and valid driver's license.
- Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Advanced computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Service-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
- Thrives in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal abilities.
- Driven by technology trends and market developments.
- Capable of basic calculations and assertive decision-making.

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R45,000.00 per month
