We are dedicated to advancing sustainable energy projects worldwide and are currently seeking a highly qualified Project Manager & Construction Superintendent to join our team for an upcoming battery storage project in one of several international locations.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Battery Storage Project Manager & Construction Superintendent to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of battery energy storage projects. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and on-site construction supervision to ensure storage projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage battery energy storage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
- Coordinate with local and international teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee all construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Work on-site as required by the project, maintaining a strong presence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the local team of engineers and technicians responsible for installing and commissioning the BESS, including in-country recruitment where necessary, ensuring the team is effectively coordinated and supported.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify all necessary local permits and licenses and ensure that they are obtained and maintained.
- Facilitate effective communication between all project participants.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional degree in business, administration, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with past Megawatt scale of battery storage project experience.
- Strict availability to work on-site as required by the project.
- Proven experience with host country codes, standards, and practices, and local project development and permitting authorities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate construction projects, including managing teams and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Prior experience with battery energy storage systems is required.
- Experience managing and coordinating local teams of engineers and technicians.
