Role Overview
- Sales Operations Management
- Supervise day-to-day sales operations ensuring efficiency and alignment with targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and workflows to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set and achieve sales objectives.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor sales support staff, ensuring high morale and productivity.
- Conduct regular training to enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Address and resolve performance gaps and provide constructive feedback.
- Process Optimization
- Evaluate and improve sales processes and tools to ensure operational excellence.
- Implement best practices to maximize team efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Data Management and Reporting
- Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights for leadership decisions.
- Generate and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Monitor trends and propose adjustments to strategies as necessary.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments for seamless communication.
- Address and resolve client issues in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within a BPO environment.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and driving operational improvements.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM software, and reporting tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
