**Responsibilities**:
1. Bartending Expertise: Utilize your minimum of 2 years of bartending experience to provide guests with outstanding beverage service. Create, prepare, and serve a wide variety of cocktails and draft beverages with flair and finesse.

2. Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere, creating an exceptional customer experience.

3. Mixology Mastery: Showcase your creativity and expertise in crafting innovative and classic cocktails, catered to our restaurant's theme and preferences.

4. Eager to Learn: Display a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop your skills in mixology, staying up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.

5. Beverage Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of different spirits, beers, and mixers, ensuring precise execution of all beverage orders.

6. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards, as well as our restaurant's specific protocols.

7. Team Player: Collaborate harmoniously with the restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen team, and management, to create a cohesive and efficient working environment.

8. Wine Knowledge (Bonus): While not a requirement, familiarity with wines and wine service will be considered a valuable asset and may lead to additional opportunities within the establishment.

9. Adaptable and Fast-Paced: Thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing efficiently during busy periods.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a reputable establishment.

- Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on industry trends and new beverage offerings.
- Knowledge of draft systems and experience handling draft beer.
