Afrikaans Facilitator

We are looking for a dynamic Afrikaans Speaking Facilitator for a general management short course and must be residing in Limpopo.

This is a part-time position, providing students with the following:
Use language and communication in occupational learning programs.

Accommodate audience and context needs in oral/signed communication.

Interpret and use information from texts.

Write/present/sign texts for a range of communicative contexts.

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and deliver an effective training program;
Ensure that each learner is properly equipped with the required skills set out for the program.

Follow the schedule provided

Prepare in advance for the lesson

Provide leadership to the learners in training by motivating them;
Take responsibility for building strong learners;
Communicate the schedules to stakeholders timeously;
Have a lesson plan for every day of the program;
**Key performance Measures**:
Reporting to business on training to date and its outcomes

Preparation for lessons

Personnel management (absenteeism, late coming, managing staff issues)

Quality of training delivered
