**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 6-12 months international call centre experience (non-negotiable)
- Previous experience working on sales at a call centre (Uk preferred)
- Good understanding of lead generation, sales techniques and ability to objection handle effectively
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Good working knowledge of computers
- Proven work track record with traceable references
- Target driven, passion for sales and self motivated
- Proven record of earning commission in previous call centres
