Franchised Aftermarket Workshop Development is looking for Building Site Supervisor, he MUST have a valid South African driver's license and must be flexible on spending most of his time away from home. Must at least have 7yrs working as a builder, handyman or in the construction industry and be able to micromanage a team and insure quality workmanship

**Requirements**:

- Communications skills
- Decision-making skills for selecting workers for specific tasks and jobs to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Leadership skills for effectively delegating tasks to construction workers.
- Speaking skills for providing clear orders, explaining complex information construction workers, and discussing technical details with other building specialists.
- Time-management skills to meet deadlines and ensuring construction phases are completed on time so that the next phase can start
- Responsibilities:

- Report project progress to management
- Develop a work schedule for workers
- Supervise the team.
- Be the liaison between the teams and head office
- Solve disputes between workers
- Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
- Assign tasks to the team.
- Report directly to CEO and Operations Manager

**Salary**: R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
