RESPONSIBILITIES:

- RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Hands-on relationship management with VIP guests;
- Meet and host VIP guests on the Estate;
- Promote the various elements of the Estate to the VIP guests;
- Establish, grow and manage relationships with strategically important guests and clients;
- Maintain a databases of key industry Press and Media contacts
- Deliver Press releases to relevant media to generate and stimulate editorial / requested content.
- Respond to requests from media and publications for information.
- CAMPAIGN AND BRAND MANAGEMENT
- Provide guidance & management to Estate Ambassadors on public relations;
- Handle any PR related issue that may arise;
- Organize PR events to promote the company’s image and serve as the spokesperson;
- Keep up with media and audience opinions regularly;
- Research and study PR, luxury and hospitality trends;
- Innovate new ways to market the brand and offering through creative strategies;
- Create excitement around the brand and help come up with ideas to further build brand equity and development;
- Guide the departments in the implementation of the Brand Strategy and positioning through operational implementation thereof so the teams may bring the brand to life;
- Work with the Marketing team to produce and communicate compelling stories for Press relevant to market analysis and strategic touchpoints.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Relevant tertiary degree or qualifications in Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent;
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
- A very strong, confident, energetic presence;
- Strong engagement and networking skills;
- Strong relationship management and presentation;
- High levels of responsibility, energy, understanding and enthusiasm;
- Excellent oral communication;
- Strong sense of brand awareness;
- An eye for detail and luxury;
- Experience managing multiple clients or a multi-department brand preferable.

DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:

- Experience in Hospitality and/or Wine industries;
- Experience in luxury brands.
