- Key Responsibilities
- Designing Secure Futures: You'll be the guardian of security, providing advice, requirements, and guidance to ensure new systems and updates are designed with security at their core.
- Risk Mastery: Dive into the world of security-focused risk assessment, evaluating new systems, services, and changes to ensure they align with our risk tolerance thresholds.
- Guiding Excellence: Collaborate closely with the business to review designs, ensuring they align with established security principles, patterns, standards, and best practices.
- Architect of Security: Collaborate with the business to define, document, and implement core security patterns, standards, and guidelines, shaping our security landscape for the better.
- Optimization Ambassador: Analyze and optimize current security processes in your area of expertise, ensuring comprehensive coverage and optimal performance.
- Security Sentinel: Be the initial point of contact for security in your region, directing questions to the right teams and keeping our security defenses strong.
- Champion of Uniformity: Work hand in hand with our wider security architecture team to establish and uphold a standardized approach to security practices.

- **Requirements**:

- Educational Vanguard: Armed with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, IT engineering, or related fields, you're ready to make your mark.
- MSc Magician: Possessing an MSc in Information Security or equivalent is like having a secret weapon, giving you an advantage in the realm of security.
- Certification Aficionado: Holding Information Security and/or Information Technology certifications like CISSP is your badge of expertise. Azure Security Certifications? Even better.
