Join our team as one of our German speaking talent partners supporting one of our tech start-up clients. As one of our potential newest Holmies, you'll bring your expertise in mapping, sourcing and attracting talent for head office and go to market roles across Europe.

Whilst we want a seasoned talent partner who are comfortable working with the latest sourcing technologies, we need a team player who are willing and able to support the wider talent team with any additional assistance required.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Take hands on ownership for a number of head office and go to market roles
- Source & engage exceptional diverse talent across Europe
- Map & research talent in key competitors and target diverse talent using innovative tools and platforms
- Amazing team player
- Demonstrate proactivity to ensure we continuously exceed our client’s expectations

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrable record of accomplishment of working on head office or got to market hiring in an in-house or executive research capacity
- Previous experience of success in matrix environment
- Comfortable running behavioral interviews
- Exceptional influencing skills
- Delivery focused on research, mapping, and sourcing and familiar with the latest innovations and sourcing
- Pedantic about ensuring compliance with systems, process and local legislation ensuring all elements of the hiring process are managed in a compliant fashion
