Requirements:
Amco Waterproofing is looking for a Dynamic and Confident Sales Representative / SALESMEN to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
Generating leads. - Reaching targets monthly on closed deals. - Meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. - Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. - Preparing weekly and monthly reports. - Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients. - Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. - Maintaining client records. - Answering client questions about products, prices and availability. Sales Representative Requirements: - Presentable - Reliable car and a valid drivers license - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage. - Technical Knowledge or background - Waterproofing/ Construction/ Building industry. - Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. - A commitment to excellent customer service. - Able to work under pressure. Basic Salary, Car Allowance, Cellphone and Petrol Allowance + Commission: NEGOTIABLE. Training will be provided.
