**Job Description
- Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Training and Events Co-ordination on the LMS system
- Check on the LMS system and schedule events.
- Additional logístical arrangements will be made, e.g., accommodation, flights, traveling, subsistence and traveling, etc.
- Venue and course support related arrangements will be made and followed through.
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Co-ordinate the group’s preparation for annual review of the database.
- Inform the LMS HRD forum of all necessary changes

**This role is in the Human Resource department at a Band C1 level reporting to the HRD Officer.**

**Qualifications
- What we’re looking for**
- Grade 12

**Experience**:

- 2 years’ Administration experience of which 1 year should be in the Human Resources Development Department.
- SAP Experience
- LMS experience (Advantageous)
- Learning and Development / Training department experience within the Human Resource Development Environment will be advantageous.
