**What You'll Bring**:
**Strategic HR Leadership**: 5 - 8 years of Senior HRBP experience, with a proven track record in strategic human resources planning and execution within a supply chain or manufacturing context.

**Supply Chain Acumen**:A full understanding of supply chain dynamics, including end-to-end manufacturing knowledge, to effectively partner with operational leaders in driving business results.

**Team Leadership**: Experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

**Customer Service Excellence**:An exceptional background in delivering customer service excellence, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction aligns with our organizational goals.

**Project Management**:Strong capability in managing and leading organizational and change projects, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

**Your Impact**:
Serve as a strategic partner to the Supply Chain CoE, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.

Lead HR initiatives that support the Supply Chain CoE's goals, including talent management, leadership development, and organizational design.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that drive innovation and continuous improvement within the supply chain.
