Production Co-ordinator
Ensure efficient use of all resources.
Ensure Higher Efficiencies and 100% Completion of Daily Production Plans on Drum Line
Ensure efficient location and utilization of labour.
Supervise and organise maintenance activities which ensure planned and breakdown maintenance is scheduled and completed on time.
Manage the implementation of production plans and the achievement of production targets.
Compiling data required for Production reports and statistical analysis required for process improvements.
Reduction of spoilage.
Ensure stock rotation, compliance with stock movement procedures.
Ensure compliance with SABS ISO 9000:2015 Policy and Procedures.
Ensure continuous improvement through the CAR system.
Ensure compliance with the Safety regulations.
Lead and manage the production team.
Monitor and address time & attendance, conduct disciplinary issues.
Ensure there is sufficient succession planning and training for key operations

Job Environment
The Plant Co-Ordinator will be located in an office adjacent to the manufacturing plant.
Minimum Qualifications
Matric with Mathematics and Science
National Diploma Operations Management
Technical skills and experience will be an advantage
**Salary**: R25 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
Ability to Relocate:
- Prospecton, KwaZulu-Natal: Relocate before starting work (required)
