**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Planning and Analysis - responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to guide the company's operations
- Financial Reporting - ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial statements and reports
- Cash Management - managing the company's cash flow and ensuring that it has sufficient funds to meet its operational and strategic objectives
- Risk Management - identifying and managing financial risks facing the company
- Strategic Planning - key role in developing the company's overall strategy
- Investor Relations - responsible for communicating the company's financial performance and strategy to investors
- Team Leadership - leading the finance team and ensuring that it has the resources and capabilities to support the company's objectives

**Requirements**:

- CA (or equivalent) MSc/MBA or Professional Qualification
- Min of 5 years in similar role with international experience
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Experience in Xero software
