Trade qualification
- Red seal required
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a motor dealership workshop as Technician
Valid Driver’s license
Must be willing to work overtime and standby work applies
Must be self-driven and perform to reach targets as set out in commission structure.
3 (three) month probation applies
Basic salary of R15 000.00 per month dependent on experience.
Additional Bonus structures: If during our billing month (which runs from the
15th of each month to the 15th of the following month) you do output of work
hours at the flat rate stipulated by the manufacturer that reaches the billable
hours stipulated in the table below, you will receive the bonus indicated in the
table below
Work hours
- Monday to Friday 07:30 to 17:00; Saturday 08:00 to 13:00
You will be entitled to 18 days annual leave per completed 12-month period
of employment.
Liberty Provident fund contribution of 6% of basic salary
Medical aid contribution capped at R1228.00 per month

Bonus is cumulative and every additional target is an additional extra bonus.
Two-man team where Technician works with an Apprentice targets as follows:

160 hours = R2000 for technician and R500 for apprentice

190 hours = 2500 for technician and R600 for apprentice
Target 3
hours = 220 hours = R3500 for technician and R750 for apprentice
Target 4
250 hours = R4500 for technician and R1000 for apprentice
