- Administration & Debtors control
- Customer account maintenance
- Allocating payments on debtor accounts
- Placing customer accounts on hold
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Receipting and allocation of funds
- Processing credit notes
- Stock take
- Journals
- Collections (phoning customers for payments)
- Problem solving
- Resolving queries
- Filing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Valid Matric Senior Certificate
- No Criminal Record
- Interpersonal Skills
- Some qualification related to position will be advantage, but not a requirement

OFFERING
- Salary range R5k - R8k depending on experience
- Working hours 8-5, Mondays to Fridays
- Start date : immediately

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Essenwood, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Debtors: 3 years (preferred)
