Reservationist - Multiple Properties

**Reservationist**

A luxury lodge & hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg requires an experienced Reservations Consultant with at
provide the necessary support with regards to the reservation administration for a hospitality group.
Scope & General Purpose:

- Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business
- Perform all other duties assigned by the reservations manager

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a reservation’s consultant or similar position
- Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- PMS system knowledge - Nebula, eRes and Hotelier would be advantageous
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized with good time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Works well and accurately under pressure

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills
eRES / Nebula, Opera & Apex

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
3 years’ experience in a tourism/travel call centre or reservations department for **multiple properties**
- Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Valid RSA ID
- Dynamic

**Salary R 14 000 - R 16 000** includes mandatory provident fund at 5% & voluntary medical aid

- Excel Skills - eRES / Nebula, Opera & Apex: 3 years (preferred)
- Reservation for multiple properties: 3 years (preferred)
- Hotel Reservations for multiple properties: 3 years (preferred)
