**Responsibilities**:

- Track production progress activities for all works orders and update schedules.
- Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities.
- Evaluate purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.
- Recommend viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.
- Opening and Closing jobs.
- Load BOM Kits on SAP.
- Follow up on purchase order receipts in respect of outstanding order.
- Follow up with suppliers.
- Update production schedules for procurement based on ordered and received items.
- Attend all administrative related functions.
- Develop and maintain filing systems - both hard and electronic copies.
- Print Daily reports and give to supervisors.
- Compile weekly factory reports.
- Create and send Purchase orders for consumables and maintenance items.
- Assist Production Manager.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Matric.
- N4-N6 certificate in electrical engineering.
- Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) accreditation or other relevant certification is advantageous.
- Supply chain management, business management, or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of high volts and Energy automation solutions.
- Basic Knowledge of Occupational Health and safety.
