**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute daily financial transactions, ensure invoices are correct, verified, and approved.
- Efficiently process invoices, capture payments, and maintain meticulous filing of all documents.
- Perform administration support services including the collection of cash and processing adjustments and deductions.
- Monitor and follow up on debtor accounts, clear suspense accounts, and compile necessary journals.
- Provide budget support services by collecting information, comparing expenditure against the budget, and preparing budget documents for Financial Manager approval.
- Play a pivotal role in budgeting, financial planning, risk management, and sustainability reporting for the Agriculture Potatoes sector.
- Directly impact financial strategies related to raw potato intake, ensuring alignment with the company’s investment and financial planning.

**Scope and Impact**:

- Influence budgeting, investment, and financial strategies, managing a financial impact of R700m directly related to Raw Potato intake.
- Responsible for geographic area: Delmas Plant, with substantial financial responsibility in decision-making related to budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Grade 12 (Matric) with Accounting or Mathematics.
- A Diploma in Finance or a related qualification is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, and SAP ERP Systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and operate with mínimal supervision.
