Artisan / Boilermaker

**Qualification/requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Stainless steel manufacturing
- A valid completed trade test certificate as boilermaker (advantageous but not compulsive)
- A valid drivers’ licence

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure resource planning is performed before going to site;
- Manage all resources required to achieve set target dates;
- Communicate frequently with all parties involved in the projects ;
- Perform maintenance and fault finding where required;
- Ensure good communication with customers, suppliers and service providers;
- Display a clean and professional image when on site or at the workshop ;
- Manufacture equipment according to drawings / instructions;
- Maintain manufacturing standards and protocols ;
- Report manufacturing or installation errors;
- Perform tasks using the correct tools or power equipment ;
- Oversee the job site or workshop assembly ;
- Ability to organise small teams during site work ;
- Transport workers where required;
- Tig, Mig & Stick welding experience;
- Perform tasks in allocated time frame;
- Ensure Health and Safety standards is implemented and maintained at all times;
- Implement housekeeping protocols to enhance housekeeping;
- Complete time sheets on a daily basis;
- Adhere to time and attendance requirements;
- Ensure quality standard is maintained at all times and
- Help to solve customer related complaints and problems quickly, effectively and professionally.
