Some of the tasks for this position include the following:

- Open and close the store on-time and maintain good housekeeping.
- Effective management of the store to ensure sales goals are achieved.
- Identify ways to drive sales and ensure action is taken to achieve goals.
- Ensure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained.
- Planning and scheduling of client lessons, bookings and tests.
- Provide Learners license training and support to the students.
- Provide Code B and C1 Simulator training.
- General knowledge and understanding of the Driver training industry is desired.
- Financial literacy is required to manage sales: quoting, invoicing, debtors and creditor management, and expenses
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales and resource loading reports.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, payment policies and refunds.
- Maintain customer files in an orderly manner.
- Efficient data capturing.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Applicant must have a degree in related field
- Applicant must have at least 2+ years’ experience in a retail and sales environment
- Have a valid driving license
- Excellent customer service, negotiation and communication skills
- Quoting and invoicing knowledge
- Commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Must have the ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing business needs and requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (Intermediate)
- Ability to speak multiple languages: English (preferred), Afrikaans, Zulu, Tswana
- Effective time management to ensure daily shift and monthly plans are executed.
- Great leadership skills as you will have to manage a team.

Remuneration: Basic + On target earnings commission

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
