Personal Assistant to CEO

OH my cars has an exciting opportunity for a **Personal assistant **to join the team. The purpose of this role is to provide high level confidential support to the Chief Executive Officer by providing a full secretarial and administrative service. Ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively. conference, Strategy days, Staff briefings and others as required.

Minimum requirement:
Diploma or higher certificate (N6 in Office Administration, Management assistant)

A Proven experience as Personal assistant (2+ years’ experience)

advantage ( experience in a car dealership - PA to CEO)

Driver’s license (own vehicle advantage)

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- perfume any other required duties
