Future Optica, a dynamic and innovative optical company, is seeking a
qualified Optometrist to join our team in Brackenfell.
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assessments to determine
visual acuity, visual field, and depth perception.
Prescribe and fit corrective lenses or other vision aids as required.
Provide professional advice and recommendations on visual hygiene, eye care, and spectacle frames and lenses.
Manage and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality.
Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and eyewear fashion trends.
Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
**Experience/Qualifications**:
HPCSA registration
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
Proven experience as an Optometrist
Proficient in using specialized optometry equipment and conducting eye
examinations.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent
customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A positive attitude, empathetic nature, and genuine passion for helping
people.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brackenfell, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
License/Certification:
- Registered with the HPCSA (required)
