Gas Station Supervisor

Plan, schedule, supervise and ensure that all Gas Station Attendants and cashiers adhere to store policies and procedures
- Supervise and coordinate activities of Staff (merchandisers/kitchen staff/forecourt)
- Prepare work schedule to staff
- Control inventory and order as per requirements
- GRV & system maintenance
- Stock takes
- Compile stock movement reports
- Prepare sales reports, shift end reports, reconcile accounts daily/weekly and other reports as per requirement of management
- Train new and existing staff
- Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution
- Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation, equipment performance, work methods, or customer services.
- Set up franchise promotions/in store promotions.
- Supervise and place daily orders.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene in store/kitchen.
- Create product displays and store attractions.
- Prepare, Compile, and submit reports on work activities, operations, production or work related accidents.

**Minimum Qualifications**

At least (1) year working experience in the related field

Strong analytical and planning skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kingsburgh, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
