**Minimum Requirements**:
Grade 12
A certificate or diploma will be advantageous
2 - 3 years proven experience in flooring or high-end decorative product sales
2 - 3 years Project Management Experience
A good understanding of different flooring types, materials, and installation methods will be an advantage.
Experience in dealing with architects, interior designers, developers, builders, and high-end clients
Background in project management, demonstrating the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage timelines, and handle project budgets.
Ability to read and understand building plans.
Motivated individual that can work with sales targets.
Sourcing new clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with customers and effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety practices.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations or project sites as needed.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Engage customers, understand their flooring needs, provide product information, and offer expert advice.
Demonstrate flooring samples, explain features and benefits, and address questions or concerns.
Assist customers in making informed decisions with competitive pricing and tailored flooring solutions.
Conduct on-site evaluations, accurately measure spaces, and identify potential challenges.
Oversee the entire flooring project lifecycle from consultation to installation and post-project follow-up.
Collaborate with customers, architects, designers, and contractors to determine scope, budget, and timeline.
Develop detailed project plans, coordinate with suppliers, and manage inventory for timely delivery.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, addressing issues or changes promptly.
Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project management process.
Build and maintain relationships, addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly.
Follow up with customers after completion, ensuring satisfaction and gathering feedback
