- HR administration
- Payroll
- SARS submissions
- Creditors and debtors account management
- Monthly stock balancing
- Online business banking
- Monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Processing of general ledger journals
- Supervising purchasing function
- Supervising health & safety implementation
**Desired Experience & Skills**
- Proficiency in Pastel Partner
- Proficiency in Pastel Payroll
- Experience using Ariba an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills
- Data Entry Skills
- Health & safety experience an advantage
- Bookkeeping Experience
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Howick, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
- HR: 3 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Drivers License (preferred)
