We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to work in one of the largest global manufacturing company which offers a great culture, good working environment and offers great rewards to it's employees. The right HR Specilaist must plan, co-ordinate and facilitate all human resource activities to deliver on HR strategic priorities and to enable the company to deliver on key objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct recruitment process for new hire (including posting job openings, initial reviewing and screening, scheduling and coordinating interview, background checks, onboarding).
- Assist HRBP Leader to make improvements and implement required changes.
- Ensure effective business partnering with all stakeholders through relationship building and open communication channels.
- Perform employee learning and development.
- Understand and use relevant HRIS to enable effective and optimised HR processes.
- Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required and administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed.
- Facilitate employee relations matters in the business (including preparation for disciplinary hearings and CCMA cases).
- Assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.
- Comply with business policies and procedures and prevailing legislation that govern HR practices and principles.
- Assist with amendments and creation of policies and procedures.
- Drive the achievement of Employment Equity (EE) targets.
- Facilitate and assist with all statutory reporting such as EE reporting, WSP and ATR and audits where applicable.
- Monitor relevant employee trends through sounds HR analytics.

**Qualification**:

- HR degree or National Diploma with at least 5 years of HR generalist experience across the HR spectrum.
- Experience with managing a talent pool is preferred.
- HR professional registration will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of all HR legislation.
- At least 3 years of experience working on MS Suite.
- At least 3 years of experience in disciplinary hearings, CCMA representation and conducting investigations.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR professional interfacing with leaders in a corporate environment.
- Must be well organized and output driven.
- Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Krugersdorp, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- HR Generalist across the HR spectrum: 5 years (required)
- Disciplinary hearings: 3 years (required)
- MS Suite: 3 years (required)
