**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the factory
- Ensure that projects are manufactured to the highest quality standards
- Manage team performance and motivate team members
- Manage material inventory
- Work with the Head of Signage to ensure project timelines are met
- Work independently and with a team
- Ensure that company health and safety policies are followed
- Be involved on certain installations off-site

**Requirements**:

- CV required with contactable references
- Must be able to reliably commute to Killarney Gardens
- Organized and hands-on
- Computer literate
- Remuneration based on experience
