Job Summary: As a Content Creator Strategist for Avatrala, a leading retail travel agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and promote travel services. You will play a vital role in shaping the content direction for Avatrala and ensuring the creation of compelling, informative, and persuasive content across various platforms and channels. This position requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for travel.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to define content objectives, target audiences, and key messaging for Avatrala.
Conduct market research and stay updated on travel industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.
Create a content roadmap and editorial calendar aligning with business goals and promotional campaigns.

Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content to promote Avatrala's travel services, including blog articles, destination guides, travel tips, itineraries, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to accompany the content.
Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and aligned with Avatrala's brand voice and guidelines.

Collaborate with the social media team to plan and schedule content across various platforms, engaging with the audience and driving traffic to Avatrala's online and offline channels.
Develop relationships with travel influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to amplify content reach and establish Avatrala as a thought leader in the travel industry.

Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, tracking key metrics such as engagement, website traffic, conversions, and customer feedback.
Identify insights and trends from data analysis to optimize content strategies and improve customer engagement.
Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting the impact of content marketing efforts on business growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and incorporate them into content strategies and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the product team to gather information and updates on travel services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content.
Stay updated on emerging content trends, digital marketing tools, and technologies relevant to the travel industry, providing recommendations and implementing new strategies where appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role in the travel industry.
- Deep understanding of content marketing principles and strategies, focusing on the travel and tourism sector.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create engaging, persuasive, and informative content.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and social media platforms.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for travel, with knowledge of popular destinations, travel trends, and customer preferences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
