**The Role**:
At A24 Group, we're seeking a skilled Network Analyst to strengthen our IT department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, which supports about 200 workstations and a server room as well as some remote office locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate closely with the Group IT Director to maintain an efficient, secure, and robust network environment.

Manage and optimize Microsoft Windows networking environments, including SharePoint and Exchange.

Analyzing network performance, providing network support, and performing system maintenance tasks

Implement and oversee security measures to safeguard our network and data.

Administer and troubleshoot VOIP systems, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

Installing, upgrading, and maintaining network routers, switches, wireless access points, wireless controllers, other network devices and servers

Maintain and configure firewalls to protect against external threats.

Liase with external service providers to solve network and connectivity problems to ensure optimal uptime

**Required Experience**:
Proven experience in networking within a Microsoft Windows environment.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Exchange, and VOIP systems.
Expertise in network security practices.
Experience with firewall configuration and network defense strategies. Fortigate knowledge will be advantageous
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow technical instructions, both verbal and written
