- **Customer Communication**:

- Communicate inspection results to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries related to the quality of repairs.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide training and guidance to technicians on quality standards, repair techniques, and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve quality control processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in autobody repair quality control.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in automotive body repair.
- Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
