You will be trained to do curtesy calls with our large existing client database, asses their holiday needs and refer the client to the relevant department for assistance.

**Position Overview**

The Telesales Consultant will be responsible for referring happy clients to the sales teams.

Responsible for the achievement of Daily, Weekly and Monthly targets, through outbound telephonic contact.

**Specific Role Responsibilities**
- Follow-up all sales leads in a timely and effective manner
- Responsible for follow-ups
- Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
- Daily administration

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience (telesales environment).
- Experience in an inbound/outbound call centre environment

**Skills and Personal Attributes**
- Excellent telephone selling skills with professional telephone manner and commercial acumen and the capability to communicate.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) - Good command of the English and Afrikaans language.
- Results driven.

**Salary**

**R6000 basic plus commission (average salary R9000)**
