**Job Role**
Integrator - Neurosurgery
The Position will be a national position and will require extensive travel
**The integrator's main responsibilities are to ensure**:
- **Successful demos**:_
- Demos are successful when a written **evaluation** + **motivations** is received from the surgeons who will be deciding what they will be using or the hospital will be procuring.
- **Sending Proposals**:_
- You have already received the evaluation forms, however, you need to disseminate and spread the quotes, evaluations, and motivations to the relevant buyers, whether they are clinical engineering or they are hospital management.
- **Integrating tools into surgical team successfully**:_
- this is ensuring that everyone on the surgical team is absolutely 100% clear on the ability to use the tool well. This includes the success specialist who will be trouble shooting minor issues. You want to ensure they were there during the integration. You also want to ensure stock room knows what items to buy as well as how often to buy it.
- **Handing over to success specialist**:_
- this is happening naturally since they were there during integration. However, it is good to have a formal handover so the theatre personnel knows that the success specialist is their new go to person. However, you will be involved in the background.
- **Troubleshooting problems**:_
- when there are challenging matters to troubleshoot the success specialist will parachute you into the customer and you will be dealing with these issues.
The role is a highly technical role and requires the person to be comfortable solving problems on the fly in tense situations as they are dealing with surgeons and their patients.
**Education & Professional Experience**
- We require you to have experience in the theatre environment.
- Medical device sales background.
**You will need to**:
- Develop good rapport with their entire surgical and administrative support team.
- Be organized and able to document your learnings and activities.
- Appreciate the written word and understand that if something isn’t documented it never happened
- Understand that your time frame is at the beck and call of a patient in need for healing, so you could be up early and asleep late.
- Communicate clearly to your team and to the surgical team

**Salary is Market Related**
