Our beautiful resort in Ballito is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor.

Responsible for: F&B Operations, Restaurants & front of house, Bar as well as an onsite tuck shop.

Responsibilities & Job Description:
Oversee all FOH operations, waiter & bar training, motivate staff to drive sales, rosters, opening & closing procedures, guest interaction, event planning, daily staff meetings, health & safety protocols. Oversee staff duties are being completed, To stand in a duty manager as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Computer literate
- Background in Food and Beverage Operations
- Strong English written and English Spoken
- A working knowledge of Micros POS system
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Out of the box thinker with an ability to envisage change and improvement across all aspects of the operations
- Must have own transport
- Leadership mentality
- Passionate about hospitality
