An Investment Management company is seeking a **CFO** to contribute to the strategic direction of the business and work hand-in-hand with the Managing Director, CEO and other executives in further growing the Group. This executive position entails the full end-to-end management, leadership and oversight of several divisions within the Group including, and predominately, the finance function but also the IT, HR, client services and general operations of the business.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the continued development and implementation of the strategic goals of the Group.
- Give direction and leadership towards the achievement of the Groups tactical goals and objectives.
- Identify areas of improvement in the business utilizing financial metrics, focusing on both effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Delivery and presentation of management accounts
- Ensuring the team completes audit, tax and vat submissions timeously
- Maintenance of capital adequacy and efficient currency hedging.
- Assist (the Managing Director) in developing credibility with wealth managers and different stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain the best-in-class of Corporate Governance amongst all functions under your purview.
- Provide leadership, vision, and motivation as an executive member of the business.
- Registered CA(SA) (non-negotiable).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Services.
- Previous experience as a CFO, senior financial manager, or top financial executive in a similar sized company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R1,500,000.00 - R1,700,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Financial Services: 5 years (preferred)
- CFO/senior financial manager/top financial executive: 3 years (preferred)
License/Certification:

- CA(SA) Accreditation (preferred)
