Maintenance Supervisor

Install and maintain all plant Equipment and Systems.
- Maintain Maintenance Connection works orders and Preventive Maintenance Schedules.
- Create site reports and update Maintenance Connection of any Equipment change on site.
- Maintain and repair all building structures.
- Maintain Forklift Fleet onsite.
- Maintain plant rigging equipment.
- Maintain ChemTRAC fleet and supply demand.
- Assist Maintenance Engineer with ensuring Pressure Equipment and Process Safety Devices are maintained and compliant as per OHSACT - PER.
- Control maintenance and project budgets and recommend suitable suppliers.
- Maintain plant above ground storage tanks and ensure compliance.
- improve all engineering systems and equipment in line with the ‘continual improvement’ principle.
- Participate on site risk assessments.
- Assist in incident investigations.
- Lead, assist trades and ensure they quality workmanship.
- Assist in the training and development of apprentices.
- Supervise service providers and contractors carrying out work on the plant
- Ensure that all safety standards are maintained.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Matric
- Minimum N4 academic qualification
- A Recognised Millwright apprenticeship - Trade Tested
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified artisan and at least 2 years’ experience in chemical / petrochemical environment.
- Practical and administration knowledge relating to statutory requirements (OHASA etc.) and relevant SABS codes.
- Wiremens license will be advantagerous.
- Drivers licence
