**Requirements**:
- Experience as a housekeeper and a cleaner in private houses or hotels with at least 3 years’ experience
- Fluent in Afrikaans and /or English
- Keen eye for detail and high standards, immaculate attention to detail
- Flexibility and positive attitude
- Loyal and dedicated
- Non-smoker and non-drinker
- Good laundry and ironing skills
- Nice and positive personality
- Discreet and respectful
- Calm and patient
- Ideally someone who has an educational background

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, ironing, mopping, window washing, hoovering and other
- Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Making sure the rooms are ready before the family gets back from going out
- Protecting equipment of in the Villa
- Informing the owner about any damages, deficits and disturbances
- Performing all duties with the sense of priority and dedication
- Laundry and ironing to a high standard
- Wardrobe management, storing and organising clothes
- Knowledge of delicate fabrics
- Clean bedrooms
- Change bed linen, make beds
- Organizing and cleaning the property to a high standard

- Most importantly - respect the family’s privacy and do not discuss the family’s private information with colleagues nor anybody else
- Hold clean criminal record, this is a must, with police clearance certificate.
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated
- Certificates and qualifications from training centres and/or schools attended
- Schedule is flexible for 45hours per week
